I have taken aerobic classes for almost 20 years and if you’re looking for something different than the traditional, franchise structured workout, BottomLine is the place. The flexibility Nicole shows in putting her set together is refreshing and she changed it up frequently. As a result, it’s a fun workout and never the same routines for weeks on end. The client focused philosophy allows her to incorporate a clients input and she can customize the classes.
The choreography is awesome and her cueing allows even a newcomer to follow with ease and enjoy the class. For a great variety of exercise this is the place. It has moves from Zumba, Yoga, Kickboxing, Pilates, from traditional to the newest craze, and also strength training...you name it, it’s all there. The great mix of music has something for everybody and if you’re in your 20’s or your 70’s BottomLine will be fun for everyone.
